Transparent PLA Flexibilizer, Toughener, Anti Impact Agents

HZ-200 modifiers are outstanding impact modifiers designed to improve the performances of bio-polymers, such as Poly Lactic Acid (PLA). Targeted for use in the extrusion, thermoforming, blow molding and calendaring of Poly Lactic Acid (PLA) and other bio-polymers intended for food contact applications, HZ-200 impact modifier imparts toughness to PLA products while maintaining the clarity of the polymer.

Extrusion & Thermoforming Molding Grade

PLA for Extrusion & Thermoforming Molding grade is a thermoplastic resin designed for use in fresh food packaging and food service ware applications. It is a transparent general purpose extrusion grade that can be used naturally or as part of a formulated blend. This is a high molecular weight biopolymer grade that processes easily on conventional extrusion equipment. Extruded roll stock is readily thermoformable.

Injection Molding Grade

Characteristic

- Use eco-friendly, compostable and degradable materials, PLA (Poly Lactic Acid).
- Suitable for the production of out mold crystallization disposable cutlery and other products.
- Small shrinkage, good release property, and easy processing. Good heat resistance.
- Heat resistant temperature can reach above 100°C after crystallized. Good coloring performance.

Blowing Molding Grade

A fully biodegradable material with high tensile launched by Han Zenith company. The main component is a fully biodegradable polymer Han Zenith blends with poly lactic acid (PLA) and starch. The film products have excellent mechanical property.
HZ-526 is mainly applicable to blow molding processing of film products, typical products include but not limited to supermarket shopping bags, courier bags, clothing bags, industrial package, etc.

Bottle Blowing Grade

Biodegradable, bio-polyester compound used for bottle. It meets EN13432 and ASTM D6400 certification for industrial compostable requirement.
Can be processed at normal film machine. The process temperature is about 135-165°C, depend on the machine and product design, the engineer can adjust the temperature by 5°C, also the pressure and speed. The biodegradable material is temperature sensitive.
